Training for a marathon

So ive been running what has been dubbed "The Williamsburg Challenge" now for about a week. what exactly is the williamsburg challenge, well its running over and back on the williamsburg bridge thats 7,308ft or 2.75miles. Yesterday though after a round of thunderstorms I decided to run, this time I ran it twice, thats 5.5miles! not only is the bridge long but its a steep incline and then steep downhill, truly getting one heck of a workout. weight after running was a slim 109.5.

was that you ran it twice to fend off any attackers of your good friend Amanda.
She told me that the only person she can trust to act as a bodyguard is Jerry. So when she opted to take the Willliamsburg Challenge last minute you had to run it twice to protect her. What a guy!
